Boone scored early but the Conner D and the sloppy field kept it from being often........Congrats to the seniors on both teams and good luck to Boone Co. in the playoffs.

Did Boone play their starters the whole game? I would have expected a larger margin of victory from the rebels. Does this lock up the #1 seed for the Rebels, as long as Ryle beats Dixie?

Corey Farris was still playing in the fourth quarter and there were only a handfull of muddy Boone uniforms with at least 60 clean white jerseys on the sidelines, but that really doesn't matter. Conner side was the same way. It was Senior night. Many JV players didn't even dress with the team on the Conner side. I am pretty sure all of Boone's were there. Doesn't matter it was a hard played respectful and clean played game last night with respect on both sides. Nice crowd turn out on the Boone side of the field. Most of Conners attendance were kids and they rarely sit in the stands. A small huddle of adults on the Conner side. But I guess the weather played a part.

Going in to the playoffs with a W, no matter what the margin of victory is, is always a positive and high note.
