Cats open the tourney playing Davidson in ID on Thursday at 7:10 on CBS. What is everyone's thoughts on this. I would have like t seen them play on Friday to give Vanderbilt another day.

I hate the match up because Davidson has no chance to win.

The cats by as many as they want. Davidson is playing great ball at the moment but UK has too many weapons. This is one of those games that just shouldn't happen.

Running clock if was allowed in college

Honestly wasn’t impressed with Davidson or Rhode Island today. It’s march madness and anything can happen... but I’d expect UK to pull away early and cruise to a 15 ish point win.

Kentucky wins in the first round. They'll have a dog fight in the second round.

I like it so much better when they play on Thursday cause it means all the boys get to hang out and watch together. In saying that, I have a wedding on Saturday. Gonna need to have a TV somewhere haha!

Let's see. Is Stephen Curry still on Davidson? No, you say? OK, UK by a lot.

I think it will be a battle. Plus the head coach is Bob McKillup. Not only does he look like a four term US Senator, the guy knows his stuff and is a heck of a coach. http://www.davidsonwildcats.com/coaches.aspx?rc=1035&path=mbball

Sounds like Vanderbilt will be a no-go the first weekend....May not matter too much Thursday, but could be a killer come Saturday if they get past Davidson.

Correction: Cat fight.

I'll believe he doesn't play against Zona when I see it.
