John Hiltz ‘98 walk on at Notre Dame

Layton "Mickey" Rouse played at UK and was Rupps 1st,All American. His banner hangs in the rafters at Rupp Arena. Eddie Creamer had a very good career at Louisville in the early 60s. Both of these players attended Ludlow High School and are in the Ludlow Hall of Fame.

You're spot on with Bryan Milburn too. Four year letterman at Vandy. '92-'95.

 

Bryan finished his HS at Russell County but took Williamstown to the Class A Sweet 16.

 

He got a great education at Vandy and was really the best place for him. He was a blue collar guy for Dores. Asked him once his greatest memory and he said: Setting a baseline screen and seeing the bottoms of Dan Cross' shoes after the Florida Guard bounced off of him. :lol2:

 

Bryan is the nephew of my step-father.

To clarify, Milburn finished at Russell County in the 12th Region (now 4th), not Russell High in the 16th Region (near Ashland).
