If Georgia is their next loss, consider me tickled...

5 and 1?

I'll take that every year through 6 games for Kentucky.

It gets tougher after the break.

Agree with both posts.

Most years, yes, but let's raise our expectations for our football, this team should be 6-0!!!

I agree, shouldn't have lost to Florida.

Missouri got hosed there at the end on the extra long time it took to spot the ball, and there should have been a holding or pass interference on that last play.

The Missouri player was running with the ball to hand it to the official and the UK player knocked it out of his hands. I was surprised they didn't call a delay of game on UK on it.

I predicted a close win. 5 wins over over 5 mediocre- to- poor teams. 1 home loss to a mediocre opponent. On to the second half of the season... I fear the reaper.

There were several missed calls. I thought the Cats got screwed out of a TD early. There sure looked like there were 7 guys on line of scrimmage on that play

He may have very well been on, but it didnt look like he check in with the side judge. Sounds silly but ive seen a few side judges throw the flag when they dont check in. Under the premise, if you dont check in your not on.

Kentucky is 5-1 and should really be 6-0. I'll take it. I don't care if they win 2-0 or 98-95, as long as they win.

Who cares if they barely win, or beat a mediocre or poor team. They used to lose these games.

Worst 5-1 football team in nation!!

Hasn't UK had 2 season under stoops where they started 5-1 only to lose the remaining games on their schedule and miss bowl eligibility?

To be a UK fan you must remain cautiously optimistic. With their remaining schedule they should pick up 2 more wins at least then you wouldn't be surprised if it was none.

WOW!!! It's a win but have to play better.

Don't we say this every week? :wideyed:

You all do realize that Kentucky had some of their best defensive players get injured and go out, right?

Seemed like UK lost a defender almost every play in the 2nr half

This seems to happen almost every week. My question is, why?

Man could you imagine the buzz if this team had simply covered the open reciever. 6-0. Top 25. Bowl eligible already going into the bye week. Crazy.

I’ll be shocked if UK doesn’t finish 9-3. I can’t really see them losing to UT, Ole Miss, and Vandy. But then again it is Kentucky football so nothing would shock me. I do think they’ll beat UofL, they’re only as good as Lamar is and as long as UK stays heathy I see them winning.
