I think we need to position another Carrier Group in the Theater but I wouldn't do anything directed at the Russians that could increase any Cold War type behavior.

With Russia saying they will help strengthen Syria's air defense I think we need to send a warning shot at the Russian ships headed our way. They clearly didn't get the message.
