I would think that taking out Assad has been discussed many times by both Obama and Trump. Seems that all the dictators who've tested the US have been given multiple opportunities to fall in line. None of them do and the story always ends the same. Destabilizing a country truly must be a last resort.

If he approved military strikes, obviously he supported them, and was probably his advisors or generals that informed him that it was the correct thing to do.

 

Obama's dealing with ISIS was timid and reckless, at best.

Yes, the military deserves all of the credit for following the orders from their Commander In Chief at the time.

 

Obama sent more drone attacks than any POTUS in American history and then lied about how many civilians they killed in the process. That was Obama dealing with ISIS. Timid? No. Reckless? Yes. Needed to be done? Absolutely.

 

Wait, so Obama didn't kill Osama Bin Laden and deserves no credit for it but he gets blame for how local law enforcement and the local justice systems handle immigration? That doesn't make sense.
