rjs4470
Happy for these boys. I've known many of these kids for a long time and have had a chance to coach most of them (in other sports, not basketball). I'll be making my first trip to Rupp tomorrow. Mr. Sixer
[quote=B One heck of a run for Coach Fro and I could not be more happier for him.
unbiased2011
It's worth noting that this is Steve Fromeyer's first year of coaching Scott Varsity. No small feat taking his team to the Sweet 16 Semi's :thumb: FINAL 4!!!!!
All In
So there is an older Ohmer brother on the coaching staff and a younger brother is the manager, along with Jake and Chad?
All In
Cumberlands is getting an absolute steal... Has he signed?
The Professor
Perry just didn't have the ball handling skills to beat a team like Scott. Scott scored 28 points off turnovers vs Perry's 4 points off turnovers. Both Perry's bigs had double-doubles but that wasn't enough to overcome all those Scott steals. gold sunrise
Wow. Love that Scott is doing so well in the state tournament. Jake has really shown the rest of the state what we in the 10th region already knew. Did he just give Cumberland a verbal commitment or did he already sign? If he didn't sign his stock has gone up so much from playing so well, other colleges I am sure will be showing interest.
rjs4470
So there is an older Ohmer brother on the coaching staff and a younger brother is the manager, along with Jake and Chad? Yes. His older brother Pete graduated in 2013, and was a gritty, tough basketball player, and a really good baseball player who played a year of college baseball. The youngest is an 8th grader, who plays football.
Walter
Craziest part about what Jake does on the hardwood?? Most seem to think he is actually better at baseball. Kid is just an all around great athlete.
