The only negative is that I witnessed (once again) a member of the Ohmer family flying double birds at the refs after a call. Come on! So unfortunate and a very bad example.

Nobody has mentioned the half court shot at the end of the third? There was 1.5 seconds on the clock and he took at least one dribble and side stepped a player. Don't think it was good.

My first time to the fieldhouse was a memorable one. Started with a hot brown at Deshea's. I loved the atmosphere and the friendly patrons at the game. They will be talking about that shot in Taylor Mill for years to come.

I was questioning why they shot a 3 instead of playing for OT, but hey it worked lol.

No way was CC going to let Ohmer get his hands on the ball. Pouncy wasn't even guarded as he brought the ball up, and had a good, uncontested look.

My feeling is that they knew Ohmer would be covered. Pouncy got a wide-open look and took it with plenty of time for the win and for a rebound and stickback that could have sent it to overtime.

 

The ball came off long and Ohmer happened to be in the right place and right time, put it up there, and after catching rim and backboard fell through to send the Eagles to Lexington.

 

The key to the Campbell loss were the two consecutive turnovers while up five points that Scott converted to cut it to one.

Damn I'm really kicking myself for missing this one. Congrats to Scott and my gawd what a shot.

Shooters roll.. looks like a foul as well could of been called.. but a ref will 90% not blow his whistle on the last play...

In person, i didn't think he got it off in time but looking at twitter video it's awfully close...based on the buzzer.
