April 19, 20179 yr Looking to get a new set of irons maybe next year, what is it about Mizuno that you liked. They were about a club longer than my Titleist 716 AP2s, plus I personally don't think there's a better feeling iron than Mizunos. It's a personal preference honestly, I made the mistake of trading my 714 AP2s for the 716s (newer model) right before I began school this past fall and there was a big difference for me. I think the 716s are less forgiving and have a little bit of a smaller head. As far as the Mizunos go I got the JPX 900 Forged instead of the 900 Tours because I wanted a little more forgiveness on miss hits, but they also make a even more forgiving iron in the 900 Hot Metal but they had too much offset for me. I would recommend getting fitted instead of biting the bullet like I did last fall, I regret it dearly.
April 19, 20179 yr Ordered my Mizuno irons 3 weeks ago today...... They still haven't came in. That's strange. Mizuno usually has a 2 week turnaround max. What did you order?

April 19, 20179 yr @Mike Baxter who did you order your mizuno's from? Ordered them through my golf coach (being D1 get get clubs at cost which is why I got them through him), usually takes 8-10 business days for him to get stuff when we order, but for some reason it's been 3 weeks and I still haven't gotten them. I'm about to just say the heck with it and cancel my order.
