August 9, 201610 yr I don't salt anything unless it is part of a recipe. For most of the recipes I make, it is usually garlic salt. I love freshly ground pepper on salads and some vegetables.
August 9, 201610 yr I use a ton of pepper. After I pepper my food, Mrs. S likes to say it looks like I threw it in the dirt.
August 9, 201610 yr I use both moderately on about all meat, veggie and pasta. not on bread, fruit and dessert
August 9, 201610 yr I put pepper on almost everything. As far as salt goes, entirely too much. No such thing as food being too salty.

August 21, 201610 yr I am a saltaholic.I put it on everything. My fruit, orange and grapefruit juice....everything. Yes @rockmom I am one that really salts my food before I taste it. I know it will need alot. Also I have low blood pressure. Usually 90/60 or below. Dr. told me my body just requires more salt than others. I am glad, because I love it.

A tablespoon of lard daily should help with that low blood pressure. And a nice stressful job.
August 23, 201610 yr I don't use salt on anything I've prepared myself, taste dishes others have. My huge weakness for salt and pepper is fresh out of the garden tomatoes. And corn.
