December 7, 201510 yr I watched a 60 Minutes story on Israel's society and their dedication to security. For example as soon as the Boston bombers dropped the bags nearly every citizen in the crowd would have recognized the situation, known the protocol, and would have done things that significantly lowered the casualties. Not the society I want to live in, but I still think putting boots on the ground makes things worse. We have to pressure the Arabic countries to get on the field. My frustration has been the slow response to counter/stop the growth of ISIS. I've mentioned before the whole MS is messed up and there are no easy answers. Unfortunately this has now bubbled over into our society thus forcing us to stand and fight. Weather its here in our streets or there in the streets. We are at a crossroads, either Obama gets Muslim countries to step up and fight or it has to be us. I honestly have no big beef with Obama. I have issues with some of his policies and some of the things he's mishandled just like I have the last 10 presidents. But his lack of leadership that he has shown to the world has been very disturbing. I'm not a fan of boots on the ground everytime there's a conflict in the world. He has backed us into a corner with only limited options at this point. Adjusting homeland security to every global threat is not always the answer either.
December 7, 201510 yr Lol, he is not my choice, but will definitely be if it is between him and Hillary. My thoughts as well. I won't be voting for him in the primary but if it's him and Hilary next November, I will be.
December 7, 201510 yr The actual dangerous ones are Hillary and the current President and his Administration.
December 7, 201510 yr Scary or not, there is a good chance that Trump is your next President. God I hope not.
December 7, 201510 yr I dont think there is any question he is going to be the nominee if polls are to be trusted.
December 7, 201510 yr Trump is probably the only nominee capable of getting me not to vote 3rd party...as I would be voting for his opponent without question.
December 7, 201510 yr Trump is probably the only nominee capable of getting me not to vote 3rd party...as I would be voting for his opponent without question. For me that's Ted Cruz. I have no intention of casting a vote for Clinton unless Cruz is the nominee.
December 7, 201510 yr I will vote anyone other than Hillary Clinton. If the Republican nominee is Trump, then I am voting for Trump,if its Rubio, then I am voting for Rubio. No matter who runs against Hillary thats who I will vote for.
December 7, 201510 yr My lord what is our country coming to if Hilary and Trump are two legitimate options? If those two represent their respective parties then shame on the voters. Also if Trump fails to win the Republican nomination I look for him to run independently. I mean he definitely has the funding, and he has build up such a head of steam I see no reason why he wouldn't want to follow through. I just ask people, do you really want someone like Trump with that much power? I mean I know he gets peoples attention and tells you what you want to hear, but people wake up? Trumps a moron and an idiot, you do not want that guy in the white house. Unfortunately all the other candidates are just as bad and sadly those with some sense and some vision as to how to change things never have enough support.
December 8, 201510 yr I thought Trump would have offended enough Americans by now that he would have fallen way down in the polls. I like that he says what he thinks, which is so different from real politicians, but he lacks any diplomacy skills. I agree with dolomite. There has to be a better choice than Trump or Clinton.

With that being said, he is no idiot or moron. You can't be that successful and be and idiot or moron. As Beechwoodfan said, he has no diplomacy skills. Then again, with leaders like Putin, why would you need any?
