What does it take to get a felony for alcohol? I found an attorney who specialized in DUI cases in Ohio. His site says that you do not get a felony until your FOURTH DUI. Is this the right thread?

November 1, 201510 yr Lack of experienced talent. There is a big difference between freshmen/sophomores and junior/seniors when it comes to physical, mentally, and emotional maturity. UK's juniors and seniors are pretty much lowly recruited guys. To me that pretty much sums it up.
