November 1, 201510 yr How many years can you say "next year" though? Stoops recruits are Freshmen and Sophs for the most part, I think next 2 years there should be some improvement seen. Key Depth is again the short coming of this team. Just like last year as the season drug on UK just didn't have the depth across the board to compete in big boy football. Early in the season when they were healthy they played neck and neck with what has turned out to be a pretty decent Florida team. Everyone knew this was going to be the tough stretch of the schedule. UK still has a chance to go to a bowl this season and get the extra practice that comes with that. No teams are gimmes but UK "Should" be able to get 2 more wins and get to a bowl which is all anyone really wanted or expected coming into this season.

After the game he said "Towles was the biggest reason UK lost" To make statements like that he definitely knows nothing about football. That's just an analyst who doesnt really watch the games if it isn't the top tier teams, can't blame him though.
November 1, 201510 yr Expectation control. I believe this was already mentioned but Stoops true recruiting class are sophomores right now, so still trying to overcome Jokers lack of recruiting. The OL is young, but will be better in the coming years, but I'm not sure about the DL. if the DL doesn't improve games like these will not go away. Bad game from everyone involved. The special teams must get better, because there is not reason to give up a kickoff and a punt return.

As disappointing as some of these losses have been I still believe they get two to three more wins. That's assuming the team doesn't get down on itself and fall into a further funk. If that happens that's another step forward for the program. This is not a program that's going to improve leaps and bounds from year to year.

Joker had nothing to do with this game or any other since Stoops has taken over....everyone keeps making excuses for Stoops and not holding him accountable for anything.....time for that to stop and for something positive to happen for Ky football

The train wreck was still a nice train that needed a new conductor. You cannot compare the starting points.

Butcher Jones inherited a program that could compete in the SEC with a good coach, Stools on the other hand inherited a team that couldn't compete in the sun belt.

November 2, 201510 yr Tennessee DL completely dominated the Kentucky OL. Everything else about the game paled in comparison to the mismatch between these 2 units
