They thought tapping into Ohio would be a successful plan. Tried to warn them about building a house on sand.

Same here. IU can't win in B1G, and that's the Ohio talent they have been "stealing".

Listened to the KSR football podcast earlier this week. They said UK has a lot of guys who like to be football players. Not enough that actually like playing football. Tonight it showed.

A very average at best Tenn. team easily smacks the Wildcats in the face.

That average team took Bama to the wire last week.

There is a recurring pattern here. UK seems to be fairly competitive at the beginning of the season, only to crumble 2/3 of the way through the schedule. This seems to indicate a lack of depth. Watch any SEC game this late in the season and notice how many freshmen are playing significant minutes. Bodies just get beat up , and if you are not at least 3 deep at every position, you are going to be hurting when you get to the latter part of the schedule. I guarantee you that UK's defense is playing people who are injured, or are inexperienced , or not talented enough for SEC play.

They must get to a bowl game this season. If not, everyone checks out...period.

Depth is a problem, but so is better competition. Fools gold of early season victories the past 2 years turns into blunt reality when the schedule turns more severe. Also, if they can't get to a bowl when they have 8 of 12 games at home, when will they? That said, I think they get to 6 wins. Charlotte, Vandy and UofL are all winnable (particularly with how bad UofL looked in last 2 wins). But they are all losable in their current condition.

Worst case scenario -- Stoops loses the locker room and they stop listening. Don't expect that to happen, but with a young team, you never know.

No idea how folks can continue to claim he's a great recruiter. The gap in talent on that field tonight was incredible.

It is because whoever he recruits, UK fans will think the player is great. They drink the kool aide every year. Towles is a below avg QB at best, Ellam is horrible, I've seen better DII and DIII WR's than the ones UK has. This team is bad and the players are bad. They have a RB that after his first 7 carries of a game is done. They have a O Line that couldn't block Highlands D-Line. They have special teams kick coverage that plays blindfolded. Their best offensive threat is used one time a game (TE). They have a head coach too busy socializing with Toby Keith during a game than coaching.

They must get to a bowl game this season. If not, everyone checks out...period.

Fortunately for UK, they should have that in the bag before the UofL game. Surely they beat Vandy.

Never think any UK game is a sure win.

I don't, ever, trust me. But Charlotte and Vandy should be as close as UK can get to such territory.

The tackling by the defense and special teams was flat-out pitiful, no arguing this. The team looks miserably out of shape, which showed as they were shredded in the second half. Towles is just an average at best QB so i don't expect much there. Injuries to RBs hurt as well. Plus, Tenn is a good team. And remember , Cats barely escaped EKU and Lafayette.

The Cats will go bowling. No chance they lose to Charlotte or Vandy.

So OSU has an alcohol policy that doesn't mention anything about it being waived in case of a misdemeanor. So it has no teeth and is just for show.

What does it take to get a felony for alcohol?

I found an attorney who specialized in DUI cases in Ohio. His site says that you do not get a felony until your FOURTH DUI.

Why they gotta make me start paying attention to basketball? I hate it. Oh well. see you guys after the Louisville game!
