Roughly speaking, I think depends on whether your "home district" agrees to hand over your state $. If yes, it used to be about $2,500. If not, TBirds is right. Used to be about $5k.

 

I always thought it was funny that if your "home district" doesn't hand over your state $, they don't get to keep it. Frankfort keeps it and neither school gets it. Presumably schools that don't hand over the state $ don't want to make it more attractive to their students to go to HHS by letting them pay a lower tuition.

By rebound, I mean being able to compete with any team in any class in any state.

 

There's only one team in KY that could even make a case for doing that... If that is your measuring stick for "rebounding," then your standards are remarkably high.

To answer the op, Highlands could get things together this year and be playing Pulaski on the day after thanksgiving.

The only schools that do "release the funds" in NKY that I'm aware of is Kenton County. I know Campbell does not and I'm pretty sure Boone doesn't either.

 

But that's not just to go to HHS...that's to transfer any public school that has open enrollment.

Historically you haven't wanted to talk much about the "out of district" students on the hill dennis12b, but if you want to go there, I am game. :lol:

You seem to worry an awfully lot about students at Highlands, Cov. Cath, NDA, etc. who are out of district. Just curious for NCC would St. Joes Cold Spring be considered "in district" or "out of district"??? :banana:

Tuition, if it is SEEK ADA $$, which it usually is, would be just shy of $4000 per kid. Some districts don't charge that much, though. Not sure about Ft. Thomas.

I think H will back to full blown H when the sophmores at this time are seniors and the frosh are juniors. I fear next year will be similar to this year.
