The only schools that do "release the funds" in NKY that I'm aware of is Kenton County. I know Campbell does not and I'm pretty sure Boone doesn't either.

 

But that's not just to go to HHS...that's to transfer any public school that has open enrollment.

 

Actually Ft Thomas Independent School District releases state funds to another school if a district resident wants to attend any other school...... Let's chew on that for a second.

Define rebound? Winning season or State Champs?

They typically don't rebound until around Dec 9th as it generally takes that long for Coach Listerman to get them on the hardwood boxing out. This year could be very similar if they turn things around and gain some momentum after winning their District.
