Kim Davis Found In Contempt

One clerk said this morning he would issue licenses even if Kim Davis says he cannot.

Nevermind just saw it.

If I still lived in Morehead, I'd be bringing BGP all kinds of exclusive footage.

Bunning was creating a monster and I would bet he was given some advice to try to get this toned down like you said. Given that, I would bet she is in jail in a few days. Then it will get interesting.

She created her own monster. Why are people ok w/ disobeying the law???? This is a joke, and an embarrassment to the state of Kentucky.

No issue with Judge Bunning's decision. He made his point and is giving her a chance. She knows he is serious with his threat.

It's now her call.

Legal question: If she violates again is just another contempt charge or something else?

I have no issue with Judge Bunning's decision. I think all along he has been trying to get a resolution that satisfies the law while still doing what he can to appease all parties.

This is what is in front of the Rowan Co Courthouse now. Some people just want to continue to shove their beliefs downs others throats and deny others of their rights, no matter what. It doesn't matter to them if Kim Davis is involved or not, it doesn't matter if her name is on the paperwork or not (that is just another excuse). The sign is wrong, as the deputies issue all marriage licenses are the ones follow the law.

Right or wrong there are a lot of people who believe this strong enough to disobey. There were people there at that rally yesterday from a lot of states that support this. This is not a thought process that is independent to just Kentucky. Every speaker there yesterday pretty much called for it.

As long as you make if funny. :)

No kidding that every speaker THERE did. That was the whole point of them being in that travelling WalMart show. Pushing an agenda. That lawyer and Huckabee are being opportunistic and profiteering on the name of Jesus and it is sleazy as hell. This is NO different than the good reverends going to raise problems after a racial issue, you know, the same guys that people that most of these "Christians" blast because they are never around to do good, only stir it up.

This woman is being bankrolled by someone to disobey the law. This is no different than me bank rolling a drug dealer. The degrees are different, but the INTENT is the same. This is disgusting.

No worries, I generally try to keep it funny...especially this circus.

Someone said, "great...there's a monkey in Bath County and a zoo in Rowan County" :lol2:

So that is the basis for it being "okay."

Again, I point out, right or wrong, even more showed up at rally's to protest Brown v Board and later the desegregation of schools. They too sang hymns and believed they were standing for what was right and biblical. Even willing to disobey. And every speaker on their platform pretty much called for the same response from every true believer.

So does that make it okay?

We live in a very divided nation......get used to it till compromise comes from both sides. And that's not a shot at the left or right. Seems there is no middle ground with anyone anymore. Sad state of affairs.
