June 12, 201511 yr To be clear, we are talking Buffalo Wings and Rings which has good meat on the bone, both of the garlics are good. BW3's wings lack meat but has better sauces. IMO. Sorry.
June 13, 201511 yr Only time I ever got boneless was when I was working at the bank and went there for lunch. Less chance for a mess!
June 13, 201511 yr Buffalo Wings and Rings — either BWR or simply Wings locally — does a real good job with their roasted garlic sauce. I get it extra hot, and I also like the buffalo extra hot sauce as well. They lost me though when they switched their onion rings from beer batter to the heavy cracker-crumb type breading on them. Their o-ring sauce isn't very good either.
June 13, 201511 yr We have several options for wings in Bardstown, so that has a lot to do with me not going to BW3 anymore. We've got Buffalo Wings and Rings, which is expensive but always has big wings. Just had a Zaxby's open, and I've been a fan of them since my WKU days. I like the wings at Zaxby's but what I really like is to order the chicken fingers and get them to roll them in the tongue torch sauce.
June 13, 201511 yr If I'm going to order wings (which I usually don't because I'd rather do it myself) it's going to be Caribbean jerk, traditional. As far as people complaining about the lack of meat on traditional wings, you do realize all of the delicious parts that traditional wings have over boneless, right? I mean, I chewed on a piece of pork rib cartilage for almost an hour today. The same goes for wings. But, I'm going to order a burger from BWW and probably have them put a stupid amount of stuff on it.
June 13, 201511 yr Grilled bag of jumbo party wings from Findlay Market with Arizona Ranch from Quaker Steak and Lube at home is at the top of the list. If I'm going out it is traditional with hot Carolina Gold from Wild Mike's in Delhi. Easily my favorite wing sauce. BDubs in Newport has the most consistent wings I've had from the chain. The wings aren't the biggest, but much better than other experiences at BDubs. All time favorite is Wild Wing Cafe. Love the sampler with 25 wings and 5 different sauces...
June 13, 201511 yr I've never had any issues with the quality of wings at Buffalo Wild Wings. It's one of my favorite spots for wings. I tell them extra crispy and they never disappoint. We are so much alike.
June 13, 201511 yr Hooter's 911 traditional is my favorite. If somewhere else, it's still traditional, usually near the hottest they make. I always ask because I like really hot, but I like it to have flavor. Some are just hit for the sake of being hot. Like BWW blazin, super hot - no flavor.

That's why I gave up on the Blazin' ones more than anything else. They used to have flavor, but no more. Now they just bring pain.
