Buffalo Wild Wings -Two Questions

Featured Replies

That's why I gave up on the Blazin' ones more than anything else. They used to have flavor, but no more. Now they just bring pain.

I feel the exact same way. I love heat, but there's got to be some taste and flavor. That's the main reason I switched to Garlic Parmesan sauce.

The chances my son and I hit QSL this afternoon following "Jurassic World", but before Mass: 99.6%.

Wife and I are going to see it this afternoon as well.

Traditional

I get half hot half honey barbeque

Greatest taste vs a great pain = mango habanero

I don't think that sauce is all that hot. It has a burn, but I went through a 10 piece with no problem. Then again, I've had them once. Not a fan of the flavor.

Favorite sauces at Bdubs are Spicy Garlic and Caribbean Jerk. Great flavor to each.

I can't eat boneless wings, they are horrible. So, always traditional.

But at Bdubs I prefer the Naked (grilled) tenders with the above as dipping sauces. Best thing on their menu.

For those who cite the lack of meat on traditional wings...a chicken's wings are traditionally NOT where one would expect to find a great deal of meat....at least in my experience with the chickens that my grandparents raised, killed, I helped pluck, and then eat. :lol2:

They raise 'em a little different nowadays. Lots of hormones to make those wings and breasts huge.

The little ones you recall are what BW3 has traditionally sold at the end of the month.

If anyone ever gets down in the far WKY area, hit the Kountry Kastle. They have what's called "The Herd", 30 traditional wings, with tons of meat. Biggest and Best Wings I've ever had. And their mug of beer is essentially a small pitcher.

Where is this place specifically?

South side of Paducah on Clarks River Rd. Hole in the wall joint but it's a local favorite in the area. I'm craving them now... May have to hit it up this week :D

Forgot to add Knockback Nat's in Cincy and F.A.B.D. in the Ville to the great wing list. Both smoke/grill and have high quality house made sauces...

Knockback Nats wings are pretty dang good!

I go with Hot and traditional;

Like others have said I take Quaker Steaks wings over BWW
