June 12, 201511 yr There's no meat on the traditional wings at BWW. A fact. Golden Garlic at Quaker Steak & Lube, again traditional wings, is a MUCH better option. Slightly hotter and WAY meatier.
June 12, 201511 yr I usually get traditional, unless I'm there on whatever day that the boneless are on sale. Then price usually wins out. I usually order half Carribean Jerk and half Honey BBQ. I'll get medium every now and then.
June 12, 201511 yr Almost always go with Honey BBQ Traditional. However, I do really like their Parmesaen Garlic.
June 12, 201511 yr Side note: real men don't eat boneless wings. Just saying..... Applebee's is the only place I'll get boneless. Love them there.
June 12, 201511 yr For less than the price of wings for 2 at BW's or Quaker, we get a bag from GFS. Huge and meaty. Hubz makes an asian sauce for himself and our oldest from scratch. The other two and I like a variety of BBQ sauces, although they are starting to like them a lot hotter than I can tolerate. We have them at least once every two weeks all summer long and hubz will cook them up "on demand" when the team requests some.
June 12, 201511 yr Some of you disappoint me. Boneless chicken is for children so they don't choke on bones. Did you get a toy with your Happy Meal?

Myself and a buddy of mine have taken to grilling chicken wings. We season them up real good and let them sit in the fridge for a few hours. We get some Red Hot chicken wing sauce and add some minced garlic to the sauce on the stove. After we grill the wings we put the wings in the sauce and then we grub. Love it!!!!!
June 12, 201511 yr Breaded. Can't do boneless. We go to BWW quite often, since it is right next to Bright House Field, where the Clearwater Threshers play. I usually have the chicken salad, grilled, spun up with medium sauce, and no croutons, with a snack size of traditional medium. Mrs. S does the same, only with mild sauce.

I do my wings at home on my Traeger Smoker. Drizzle the wings with Olive Oil and then I put a bold/spicy poultry rub on the wings and let them sit in the fridge for a little while. Put 'em on the smoker, and let them smoke for 2-3 hours. I don't make my own sauce...I just use one of the various Kroger Wing sauces...spicy garlic is my go to. Or I pick up some different sauces when I make a trip to Jungle Jims in Eastgate. The wings crisp up as good as if deep fried. I make up my own blue cheese dressing, and have plenty of beer available, and I'm set for the day.
