How can I have been duped when all I wanted was SOMETHING to be enacted so that the issue was FINALLY a priority?

The stupid ones are the ones who did not heed those who tried to tell Americans that this was a flawed piece of legislation. Those who is talking about are the ones who accepted this flawed piece of legislation.

The thing folks keep glossing over or ignoring is that he was the architect for RomneyCare first which is what got him on board for ObamaCare. I'm not glossing over it. I don't feel I've been lied to, and I don't feel betrayed. It's not that I would be unwilling to, I just haven't seen anything that's happened the same way you portray it.

I objected vehemently to our handling of things post 9/11. But while I didn't agree lockstep with him, I could live with his administration. However, if we are talking about lies, I personally feel the Bush administration lied to us about Iraq, and it has cost American lives, destabalized the Middle East and we are inextricably tied to the problems there forever. If AHCA is a "lie", I can certainly live with it in comparison.
