Can you submit the video?

I personally do not have video. The head coach , and a few others do. I have seen video. I will see what I can do to get my hands on it and submit it as soon as I do.

Lol. Can't tell you how many times I've heard kids and adults throw these numbers out there and once they worked out with me they weren't even close. I've heard everything from bench 415 and it was really 275, and rep 225 25 times and it was really 7. Would love to see this, is there a video?

Please refer to post #72 of the current thread on March 20. I agree 450 is not equal to 425. However, it is closer to 450 than your example of 275. The 450 lift was not videoed. In hindsight I should not have mentioned it in this forum without video proof as I too would request.

We maxed in February here at Doss on 4 lifts. The kids were ok and you can start seeing the return on their work. But, as most of the 50-60 kids I would say we're average strength for their aga and size, we found a monster in the group. He is 6' and weighs 330 and is barrel chested. His numbers were freakish.

Bench 345

Squat 495

Dead. 405

PC. 245

THAT IS 1490 LBS.

Needless to say we started a 1500lb club. Only cost me 1 shirt. Lol

Evan Richardson 405 for 5

That is impressive.

I think that video was for all you doubters out there. This is one of the men that Highlands has to run behind this year.

Evan Richardson 405 for 5

Strong kid. Very impressive. The power lifter in me wants to tell him to keep his hips on the bench but when you're putting up 4 wheels for reps that's impressive no matter how it gets to the rack!

That was legit looks like a bad boy.

Highlands has a bye this week and I am sick of thinking about wins and loses. Trying to rekindle an old thread. Any crazy strong players out there this year?

Bethlehem's Jonathan Whiteman won some weightlifting titles for his weight class. Don't know all the details off the top of my head.

Ashland has the Goble twins the bigger one that plays center benches 380 and his brother that plays linebacker benches 330.

Devin Young for Monroe County has won the Jonathon Witty memorial liftathon for the past two years. He won his class and out-lifted the two classes above him. He is currently weighs 190 and benches 335 and power lifts the gym!!!! He plays defensive end and tight end for Monroe.

The guard/DE at Scott co trey binder. 6" 220 benches 350 ,squats 500, an PC 265. An the kid can run pretty good. Got his 40 time 4.9. Need to keep a eye on this kid !!

Southwestern Pulaski has at least two guys that fit in this category.

Lucas Turpin a 6'2" 230lb defensive end. Benches 335 and squats 475.

Benched 185 for 27 reps at a Rivals combine last spring. Also, Austin Dalton a 6'4" 310 lb defensive tackle. Benches about 325 but can squat over 500. Both are very good at their positions and can play at the next level.
