Congratulations to Ray. That is awesome. I believe the unbelievable needs to be documented and appreciated. You don't just roll out of bed and bench press that kind of weight. People think it is all genetics. If a kid is lifting that kind of weight, he has committed himself to getting strong and spent hours upon hours in the weight room. If you know where it is posted, I would love to see it.

Would love to see powerlifting competitions back in NKY. Went down to a power lifting meet at Central Hardin several years ago and it was electric.
