In the end it doesn't matter. Win against Highlands in October to get home field and then get ready to meet them again. The rest is just interesting discussion.

Well no- CCH didn't walk all over Ryle last year- and in fact, were fortunate to win the game. I'm not one who is discounting Ryle. I think they will be much improved this year and have some talented kids. Time will tell whether they go the two platoon route. As talented as there Frosh teams have been the past few years it's time they turned that into something.

 

Let's not forget though, that last year CCH was also playing most of the year without their starting: Jr QB, Sr RB, top returning Sr WR, (2) Sr LB's, Sr OG - and that a lot of backups who will be playing this year helped them to a 10-3 record last year. So it's not like CCH was playing anywhere close to full strength either.

Thank's for noticing. We should be good this year and even better next year. We played withought a steady qb too. It was an embarrassing carousel all year. Coach Engler has brought some enthusiasm and much needed updating to our program... A lot has changed since last year for the better. Good luck to CCH. A smart team will not overlook us..for those doubting us... that will be fatal. Talk at the end of the season about it....

Why are we turning a CCH 2014 thread into a discussion about Ryle? Last year is over and has no bearing on what happens this year.

In my opinion, Wagner. Dressman will be on the field though, to be sure.

Man I cannot wait for this season to start. IMO CovCath has a challenging, but manageable schedule. Moeller is going to be real, real tough. Everyone else seems to be very beatable.
