Dale, you did an outstanding job, congrats on a stellar career. I think in Ft. Thomas you could run for mayor and never have to pay for another meal again. I think you could become a Saint in that city...that isn't a knock, just how well loved you are in the Fort.

True that man still has plenty of energy! When Dale talks the masses listen. As an Alabama fan this is similar to Bear Bryant retiring. Dale retired 10 years younger with plenty of mission work to be done. I am a grown man and I wouldn't mind catching his spit and he sure can Spray! Dale thanks for the memories!

WOW, completely shocked at this news. Coaching high school football is a 365-24-7 job. He really has nothing left to prove, probably would have rather ended on a state title, but still impressive career. Good luck to him in the future, high school football is losing a good one.

Congratulations to Coach Mueller on an incredible career. I went up to watch a practice last spring (in a snow storm!) and am really glad I did that seeing that was his last season with the Birds. It was always fun to be around him. Our kids and coaches always looked forward to our 7 on 7 s with the Birds. Dale is a high energy/high positive guy. I also appreciate that the last two seasons, they could have scored 100 points, but they let us get out of there feeling good about our team. Since that game, we are 19-2. If he beats us as bad as he could, I am not sure that happens.
