Sounds like CovCath Football is really struggling. I am very surprised to hear this.

 

As far as CVH goes....does this kid really belong on a football field? I think with the the future he has in Hoops he is crazy to be putting his life on the line at QB for the Colonels. Keeping him out of a JV game for a Frosh game spee speaks volumes for what the priorities are in Park Hi lls. I understand he has lacked snaps and putting him in a hornets nest is not good but like Clyde said.....who is the next QB in line? Do they not have someone?

Sorry to disappoint but Cole belongs on the football field as much as he does the basketball court.

You talk out of both sides of your mouth. On one hand you suggest Cole would be "putting his life on the line" by playing football then on the other you say that by not playing JV and playing Freshman ball instead, that is somehow an indication of misplaced priorities at CCH? So its too dangerous to risk his life yet, he should step up a level and play JV ball vs Freshman?

I went away for several hours and honestly can't believe this thread has made it to five pages. Guru did what he wanted- he knows what sells and he stirred the pot over what is truly a huge non issue.

There are plenty of Highlands fans with their shorts in a bunch over what appears to be the Guru's half cocked attempt to make Cov Cath look like they backed out last minute.

I got word on Tuesday last week. Talk about disappointment . That puts HHS JV without a game for 2 weeks. If game was never scheduled as some and yourself are implying, don't you think any responsible Coach or AD would make sure games were scheduled to make sure there is no 2 week lag. Here's hoping CCH keeps commitment in Oct.

As uncle Si would say...."Aint happening Jack". We put in a new press box, a new score board and we are going to get new turf the next couple years. With that we are going to build a new Field house with a brand new locker room for the Visitors to house. Now all we have to do is stop cheating.....LOL!
