It was a light hearted jab at UK fans complaining about the refs being in UL's favor.

I didn't see the game but my only comment is I hope they get rid of the possession arrow after a jump ball at some point. I've always hated that rule. Jump it up with those players. Congrats to UL. I don't see see them losing on Monday.

I'll be pulling for the Cards on Monday. I will hit a financial windfall with a UL championship, but I will call it like I see it regardless.:popcorn:

Really hated to miss this one. Was stuck in traffic on 65 coming back from Destin for most of the day. Couldn't pick up the game until we hit hoptown with on a few mins left. Congrats to the cards. Sounds like the didn't play their best but still were able to find a way to win.

The call they really blew was the no call on Van Treese. By rule, that is a flagrant 1 foul. They've called it all season and didn't even review this one.

 

The biggest mistake by Wichita State was fouling Dieng when he had the ball late.

That could have been called walking. It was close. He threw the ball to a team mate at about the same time that his back hit the floor.

I'm not a U of L fan. In fact I was cheering for WS. I thought the officiating was fine. A couple missed calls both ways, which is normal. Pretty even called game. Let them play a little more the last 5 or 6 minutes, but don't we always say let the players decide the game.

 

Jump ball was the right call.

 

Only call I question was not going to the camera on the potential flagrant. It was an accident, but by rule is that not still a flagrant?
