February 17, 201313 yr Totally agree with GT, Cals offense requires an elite PG, who doesn't have anxiety. Translation: anxiety= weak, soft, scared, baby. Harrow could get a job doing vocals for the muppets because he sounds like one of them. :lol: Now that's funny right there. I love Cal's recruiting philosophy I just wish he would keep more players on his roster. The last two years we've been close to 9 or 10 players. Some of that is to keep space in case guys stay but thi is te first year a lack if post depth has really hurt UK. I would like to see some of these kids stay more than one year myself,. I hate that rule, would love to see a three year min., much like football but that is up to the NBA, not the NCAA. Cal is getting these top players every year bc he realizes that they go somewhere else if he tells them to stay. Cal has said that he hates that rule himself but he is recruiting to that one and done rule. Like GT stated, he didn't get the top point guard bc he thought that Harrow would step in that slot. Harrow was here last season in practice with the 2012=13 NC team every day. When it was time for Harrow to step up in that role this season he couldn't/can't handle it.

February 17, 201313 yr I'm going to play the iffin game. If Teague had decided to have stayed one more year at UK this team would have about 3 losses right now. Of course that's with an uninjured Noel. No one to run the show has killed Kentucky this year more than anything. It's been weak guard play from the beginning. Teague would have solved that problem.

February 17, 201313 yr Will the freshman who stay be the mature leaders for next year's crop of freshmen? To do so, they're going to have to mature a lot and quickly. Same goes for Harrow. These kids at this stage just don't seem to have any pride in their personal performance on the court. They don't seem to feel any embarassment for their bad play and lack of effort. The majority of teams I watch on TV each week play harder and smarter than this crew. IMO Cal has not pushed the right buttons with this team. I'm sure he's tried and is extremely frustrated.

February 17, 201313 yr Harrow, Goodwin, Poythress all need to transfer. Harrow could get a job doing vocals for the muppets because he sounds like one of them. None of the three were ready for the role they needed to fill for this UK team to be good. If they come back, all should improve next year.
