January 17, 201313 yr I just read an article pointing out this. According to ND's AD, Te'o received a call on December 6th from "Lennay" claiming she's not really dead. At this point he must know it's a hoax (if he's even telling the truth anyways). On December 8th, he mentions his girlfriends passing in an interview. I thought they said Dec. 26th? I could be wrong.

I think he knew it was a hoax from the very beginning. He either was duped initially or he helped plan it. Either way, he knew what was up by the Michigan State game. That's when the inconsistent stories started. If he's not gay.

January 18, 201313 yr The longer he waits to talk the worst he looks IMO. Someone said the same on Twitter today. Shouldn't take any time at all to tell the truth. Unfortunately, the truth seems to be the furthest thing from this guy.
