Ran 1.25 miles to start out on the treadmill than started the c25k program after that ( don't tell my wife). I've went from not running/doing anything for 16 or so years to a spring 5k is looking like a real possibility. Also happy to report I've lost 23 pounds so far.

That is so cool!! I'm happy for you. (what's your wife's number so I can text her that you started c25k without her.)

Off day. Tomorrow start month 2 of the conditioning phase.

Agilities

5/3/1 bench week of 5s

EDT(bent over row and dumbbell shoulder press)

EDT (Dips/pull ups)

Plank for 1 min 3 sets

Didn't get back from Louisville until almost 6:00 tonight so didnt get to go to crossfit.

Tomorrow I'll have my 5/3/1 bench day, starting a new cycle. Will do weighted dips and incline bench for assistance work. Tomorrow night at crossfit we have the Filthy Fifty...not real excited.

My doctor gave me the post-surgery "all clear" so I am now approved for regular workouts. Today and tomorrow will be off days for me to rest and recover.

I did go to the gym yesterday. I did a little running on the treadmill. That was a first since well before my surgery.

That is awesome! Now it is time to get a goal and train for it. Make it a small one first, and build on the accomplishment. It will be a positive snowball effect.

Very cool. You will be back on top in no time.

Didn't get much sleep last night and really felt it tonight. Was really dragging at crossfit.

No gym today so I'm doing my own thing at home. I have a 1ft and a half wall behind my apartment so I'm doing rounds of 10 box jumps, 10 burpees, planks.

Box jumps and burpees are an awesome combination.

2 mile run and the Bugatti requested deep stretching. I'm doing that on Sunday and Wed now. Helps a lot in relieving stress. I definitely breath better after it.

I'm down 3-4 pounds since last week already due to a nasty cold. Need to get my energy backup so I can get to the gym.

Go get a large milkshake somewhere. That might help. Maybe some fries & a burger too.
