Shoulder has been bothering me on and off for a month now so I've just been letting it guide me and not doing more than 225 on bench well today I felt GREAT!!! I'm still going to keep around the same weight for a few more weeks and just focus on repition and strict form but man today I felt like I was about 10 years younger. Also I've been focusing a lot more on pull ups, push ups, dips and sit ups. Along with steady cardio regiment, feeling a lot better than my years of stricly focusing on the waste up and that's it.

Internal and external shoulder rotations are great for those working with shoulder issues. Especially rotator cuff flare ups.

Sad thing is it's my good shoulder that's bothering me, the one that's seperated and has a torn labrum is holding up like a champ. I've just been stretching non stop even at work.

Try the rotations with very light weight. It should help unless you are injured. I deal with arthritis in my left shoulder with these movements.

Look up DeFranco's agile 8 and his upper body stretch routine on YouTube, super simple way to warm up, but great to loosen the shoulder girdle.

Couldn't swim today due to nursery closing, so I rowed 500 meters in under 2 minutes 3 times. Worst time was 1:42 so I will take it since I hadn't done that in a very long time.

Dips put a lot of stress on the shoulder. Might want to find another tricep exercise if the discomfort continues.

I know but I love them feel like it's one of the best workouts for the tri's and chest if you change the form just gotta be careful with it, I'm stubborn.

Day 17. Increased stamina!

Day 2 back at the gym was awesome. Did the same routine as yesterday, except increased my time, speed and elevation on the treadmill.

Congrats. Remember to listen to your body. Don't over do it right out of the gate. Overtraining messes w the immune system something fierce.

This is good to know. I definitely don't need to compromise my immunity. How many days a week would you recommend?

Looks like I set that one up.....

Down a pound from last week. I'm pretty happy with that considering I only got to the gym once and didn't eat that great.
