Yeah, Travis Elliot got hurt, then graduated. I don't think HHS is going to find much competition in NKy 6A. I really like the match up with Scott Co. though. I think that series has the potential to be competitive.

Maybe they could schedule a quality team during the bye week and then have their bye the last week. The problem is finding a quality team that doesn't already have their schedule set.

Ryle is a very good school. I think this is more of a coach Warner thing.

Coach Warner spent a couple years telling everyone that would listen that to get better you had to play the best teams. I wonder if he has he had a change in Philosophy or lost confidence in his program?

If you can not beat them... Run from them. There needs to be a lot more done than just changing the schedule.

Based on some of the comments on here a few weeks ago HHS is ready to play more OH teams. Maybe this opening will give the Birds the chance to schedule and additional team from North of the river.

Wow, lost some respect for Ryle today. I thought is was great the way Ryle stepped up and played HHS twice a year. Actually won in '10:madman:. Never expected Ryle to step down.

Scott County replaced Dixie on the schedule when Dixie dropped the birds. Don't know much about the competitive potential of the series. This years' Scott County team didn't offer the game that was anticipated, so I wonder what is going to change before next season.
