July 25, 201214 yr ^happened in Boyd Co. a couple of years ago also. Homeowner shot an intruder he warned several times.
July 25, 201214 yr Had he walked in and started shooting with a couple of 12 gauges this would have been much worse IMO. An AR15 is an assault weapon in name and appearance only. If you want to question them I can understand questioning the high capacity mags. The gun itself is nothing more then a semi auto .223. Had he walked in with a Remington 7400 it would have bascially been the samething. I guess it's the high capacity aspect I'm struggling with. I fail to see the need . Educate me.

Look at gun control in England, Australia, etc. They start with something everyone can get behind, then you are left with....... No one need 650 HP cars either but you can buy them.....32,310 people died in motor vehicle crashes in 2011 and there were 12,996 murders in the US. Of those, 8,775 were caused by firearms.....
