Thanks for the update! I am in agreement with Coach Turner he does a fantastic job and not underrated in my book. He is the magic man each year the boys are impressive and very instrumental in HHS success.

I hear crickets? Has the soccer field on the south side replaced football talk. Isn't the dead period over? All is quiet in the Ft Thomas front..

Maybe Highlands won't be as good as some Highlands followers think. Or maybe they will and have taken a more humble role about their program.:lol: Well we all know that's not the case.:clap:

They'll be out in full force after next Friday's scrimmage. Anything w/in 4 TDs will have to be a good sign for the Birds.

This may come across poorly of me, but what's left to be said? We had a Highlands Football Offseason thread started in December that carried on through June, in which the upcoming season was heavily discussed. We had numerous other Highlands related threads started (most of which involved some discussion one way or the other about the upcoming season). Not really much left for anyone to say until the Trinity scrimmage. I'm sure they will be some observations posted about what goes on in practice this and next week, but other than that, I think just about everything that could be said, has been said (many times over).

Will the Bluebirds throw less this year? Someone mentioned a big line. Will they be more of a running team like a few years ago when they had #46 at the QB ?

How is the Highlands defense doing so far? Any word on who will be starting?

They will throw early and often. Great quarterbacks and receivers. The defense will be very, very fast.

I was getting tired of UK#1 and his endless predictions about a mediocre program. BGP was getting to be like a scandal sheet with tabloid reports and sightings. Some of us our working with just hatched baby birds in the FTJFL and wanted to hear from the mother ship. PM reports if you must but I miss the love from the birds nest.

I did make it up to a few practices and the defense did look fast. Quentin Murray and Jake Heck look good and should be starting for the Birds. Bardo also looking fast. Any other opinions on the defense?

Seth Hope is going to be an animal this year!!! I think he will be talked about a lot on here during the season..
