Brossart played very well tonight and had a very good game plan against Scott. Kiefer was the best player on the floor last night and it wasn’t even close. She was unstoppable around the rim and I really enjoyed watching her play. She is really going to be a special player in the years to come.

We appreciate the compliment, and the unbridled enthusiasm for Marie. It's easy to get excited about her, and her teammates prospects for the future, BUT Scott Senior Anna Clephane was the best player on the floor last night.

Marie's potential is boundless, and down the road she may end up being one of the best ever to come out of Northern Kentucky. However, let's let her be a freshman, still learning the game and give credit where due, to a young lady who has scored well over 2,000 points and has a Division I Ball State scholly in her backpack.
