Oldercoach
Panthers close out home season against the scrappy Lewis Co. Lions with a 7 point final margin. This brings their home season to a successful 9-1 finish, with the only blemish an early season loss to fellow 10th Regional Pendleton Wildcats. Panthers jumped out early only to see a 11/12 point run by Lions to tie at 1st qtr. from there Panthers trailed until mid 3rd qtr. From there Augusta built their lead to 13 until late 4th reserves by both teams narrowed the final margin.
AndOneDad
Final home game for a terrific group of young men. They personify how far hard work, high ethical standards and a passion for the game can take you. They took the adversity of being told they were too short, too slow, not athletic enough and on and on and proved ALL the naysayers wrong. These young men aren't done yet by a long shot on the court but when they are they will be overachievers in the bigger game of life too. God speed and thanks for the memories! Brackengrad95
What a senior night !! These seniors have gave so much to the Augusta history. They play with so much pride for the name on the jersey. They have so much passion and love for one another. They respect the game and love the game we have been so blessed to see the accomplishments of these fine seniors. They lace it up and bring the effort every game and fear no one. May not be the fastest , tallest, or the most skilled ,but as one they are a tough out. This was the last time we would see them play together in the panthers den and they left as a winner. Hopefully this ride still has some banners left in it and I would not want to have to be the team to try to beat this group of seniors.
