Coming into this season a lot of people thought this would be a down year for SK with lose of so many good players last year. This is the team Ryle has been waiting for since 2006. I think it would be a bigger lose for Ryle.

It should be a Great game. Weather looks good for now. Both teams come into this one healthy. Two of the top five teams in the state right now. IMO. In the last six weeks Ryle has made some changes that have worked out very well. Last time I took SK. This time I'm taking Ryle in another close one. Not as many points in this one. Ryle 28 - SK 21. Can't wait for Friday !!

Junior running back Travis Elliott racked up 130 yards and three touchdowns on seven first-half carries - the longest a 63-yard touchdown with less than a minute left in the second quarter to give Ryle a 40-0 lead at the break. Elliott didn’t play in the second half and most of Ryle’s starters were on the sidelines for good early in the third quarter. But not before stuffing their stat lines. Senior defensive back Luke Boggs picked off a pass and returned a first-half punt for a 54-yard touchdown. Senior Deion Mullens bolted for a 53-yard score out of the backfield and recorded a sack on defense. Ryan Smith and Kohry Thibodeau both caught their first touchdown passes of the season. Smith, used largely as a defensive back, entered the game with one catch all year. Yet quarterback Conner Hempel targeted him three times on Ryle’s opening drive, including a 17-yard touchdown pass for the first of the Raiders’ many scores. By the midway point of the fourth quarter the Raider freshman were on the field, contributing to Ryle’s gaudy scoring total with a 32-yard touchdown run by Thomas Baumann.

SK is a #2 and Trinity is a #1. So if they both make it to week 4 ( I'm sure Trinity will be there) the game should be at Trinity???

For NKY Friday night they are calling for a mix of rain with snow.

Maybe its time for this thread to be closed. The bottom line is SK will not man up and play Highlands.

I think a lot of people are over looking Henry Clay. I don't think SK and win again in Lexington. Not so sure Ryle will be able too. Trinity should win all their games by at least 4 TDs.
