I agree. My sons team had several guys make the freshman team as 8th graders. The players and their parents all said that 13u travel ball is much better baseball than freshman ball.

So I also assume that the AAU team that you saw was not a high school age team. I do not know the rules for coaches. Just trying to think through the question that you asked. I am interested in getting a clear understanding of the rule.

Only saw him coach briefly but he seemed to be solid. He did a nice job of coaching ALL of the girls on the team and giving them a good chance to develop. Seton just got a good coach!

Looks like the catcher was ejected also. I saw this exact same situation in baseball. Catcher missed the ball on purpose and umpire got beaned. If I recall, the play cost the catcher the scholarship offer that he had.

I agree on both of your thoughts. However, with the talent that she was given year after year anyone could pile up the wins. Please do not take that I am saying that she is not a good coach. I believe that she is a very good coach.

I have heard about the drama. Dealing with drama as a coach has to be a very difficult task. You can either handle it and put an end to it or you can't.

So just last year this Head Coach fires Matt Long as assistant coach and now she resigns.
