You guys are killing me with this HHS will win "easily" talk. Are you serious! Male is Male just like HHS is HHS year in and year out. I would love to see HHS win but I'm not going out on a limb and saying they will easily win. Now on the JV and Freshman level, then maybe. Because they have in the past which I don't get. Question - Was that Highlands starting offensive line this past Friday?

Wasn't Josh Connor at Highlands then. Hmmm! Josh M would have been a nice player if he stayed at HHS. Saw him at the scrimmage Friday night. How big is Josh M? Seems to me he hasn't gotten much bigger since he dominated in "Little League" And he was very fast but a 4.4. I remeber last year on some thread when people would talk about kids running 4.4's and 4.3's and they classified them as world class sprinters. Wow! Good Luck to Josh.

Heard where CCH freshman will scrimmage this weekend. How long has this been going on and does anyone think this benefits them as a team or as a program.

He had his surgery back in the spring. Would you say he's 70 or 80% or what? I would hate to see a kid like this miss any time because he's a great talent. Also the most polite kid that I have ever met.

I would say the Bird Dome in Ft. Thomas. With the rear of the school right on top of you, the Cannon exploding over and over, and a visitors sideline that you share with thousands of fans and kids. Even the opponents fans are exhausted from the mile plus long hike just to get to the field after finding a spot down a neighborhood street. Another one of our strategies. :sssh: So hands down HHS!

I just hope Charlie Barr (Head Coach) in his 30th year at HHS as Freshman Coach, can keep everybody happy with #'s reaching upward of 40+ players. That is a huge # by HHS standards. I'm not sure about names but there are two very capable QB's and lots of kids that will absolutely hit you. Right now at HHS on the Varsity level, it seems like it is Linebacker U. It looks like more of the same at the freshman level. They also have that patented small and very fast running back. But you know "The Streak" will not continue unless they keep their heads about themselves and put in the time, effort, and dedication that is required to become a champion and starts with CovCath. They better be ready!

What does everyone see with the freshman teams this year in NKY? Who is the favorites in each division? I am being told that CCH will have a very good team with a stud from Campbell County that will be attending there. Good football player but even better baseball player. Also HHS will be pretty good as well. I think they haven't lost in a couple years. NewCath and Holy Cross from what I'm told are supposed to good also.

Man with all this talk and hype, what could a game of this magnitude draw for a crowd. Are we talking thousands or what?
