Dock is a great all-around player. Very good on and off the field. He will help lead the cougar defense in the 08' season

I know it is very hard to get things through the Boone County School Board! Not to mention that it takes a long game of phone tag to get to the "right person". There are many parents and alumni at Conner willing to help but until this year and the new principal things always have gotten squashed! Things are looking up though. A lot of man hours are to come in the summer this year on many projects. I must admit it has been as they say "easier to ask for forgiveness than to ask for permission".

How's Conners Defense looking? Who do they have playing?

I believe that the BOE met this week to discuss many issues. One issue that was approved is for Boone to begin fundraising effots for a turf field. Maybe Shaun has a few bucks left and will offer again???

Although not a fan of hers... Nell Fookes is a sight to watch. I know that I would hate to be the cobbler that tends to the sole of her shoes!!!!

Isn't this what is all is about? Great if you can make it as a pro athlete but if not use the college scholarships to educate yourself and then help others!!!! Kudos to Randy and all the others out there making a difference!!!!

I hear Conner is struggling with their D line. Only one or two JV DT's will be able to play. Schank #69 and Hacker #54, Schank played some Varsity last year and dominated in the Johnson Central game, they pulled him for some reason though?

The Cougars will have a good team next year, they have most of their varsity players coming back this year. The "young" team of last year has the building year out of the way and should be ready to improve and show NKY what they can do. I look to see Nick West, Austin Pugh on the offensive side and the cougar D is very strong this year bringing up their JV players from last year.

I have heard a rumor that Conner will be cleaning house, giving the boot to some coaches.

Yes he is, ive seen him play many many times.

Well Conner's Defensive tackles Utz #99 and Schank #69 are monsters. Schank has a laziness problem, doesnt go to practice all the time but he can play. Utz has made some great improvements over the season.

Wouldn't this fall under the Do Not Talk about Rule Violations in Thread?

I believe this is the Final game for Conner's JV team, they dont play Holmes in week 10.

They were missing the start center Hansen#72 and the start cornerback and running back Champ #26. Champ is a "Star" on the Conner JV team. THere might also have been more missing.
