Any feedback on the game?

I did not see more than 3 tonight. ???? I have not seen this to be a problem in past weeks and can' t believe that if it was starting to be a problem that Coach Trosper would not nip it quickly. He is not one to put up with such actions. I am sure the Cougars are discouraged but they continue to work hard. I guess we will just have to ride out the bad times and work toward wins!

Blevins moved to Central office in charge of financial this and that, Tim Hitzfield was hired in August to replace him. Tim had been the principal at Owen Co.

I think it will take some time for Trosper to get the Cougars in the right direction. Currently, there are very few Sr leaders only one or two come to mind. Underclasmen are a bit more bound together. Willing to step up and speak their minds and not put up with the "I'm a senior therefore I am the rule" attitude. Maybe good things to come. Trosper has came in and demanded a new respect. Accountability for those who want to play but not practice. Trying to look the part. Clean young men and surroundings. I think Trosper along with new principal Hitzfield a new Conner will emerge. A large backing from the community as both men mentioned above are trying to get an encouragement from outside the school as well. Maybe a rough year this year but will wait and see what the future holds. Don't doubt the Cougars sometimes we surprise you!!!

I have heard that the majority of kids will draw from Conner. The paper said bringing the student pop. down at Conner to around 1100 and Ryle down to 1200. The new school is being built to hold 1100 students and starting pop. to be around 850. Kinda silly I think when the majority of the land out that way is still to be developed and numbers only to rise. Maybe a fifth high school is on its way ????? or another set of redistricting nightmares!

From what I hear they were headed back to practice this morning!

Muddy!!!! the weather is really pouring down in Northern Ky! I would hate to be the parents washing those uniforms!
