Offside, have you ever had this happen in a game you were working? Or anyone talk about it happening in one of their games. Just wondering. I have been around football in some capacity or other most of my life and I can never remember this happening.

I know this is a rival game with alot on the line, but I could not see coach Frommeyer sending you a bogus tape. Frommeyer seems like a class act from what I know of him. Either way, I think FHS wins pulling away in this one. Good luck to both teams.

TBG, you know how it is in the small schools... kids that have a little talent, or a bunch of desire, seemingly never come off the field, or court as it were. I know that my son seemingly never came off the field. He was rewarded for all of his efforts with a scholarship offer to play at the next level. I see nothing wrong with playing a kid both ways as long as he is in shape, and wants to carry that load. As my son said, #5 probably wants to play every snap. Honestly, in a kid like that, if he did not want to play every snap we would all be disappointed in him a little would we not?? Go Raiders... I hope all of the players remain healthy and strong. :thumb:

Frankfort will win this game by at least 21pts. I predict a 42-14 score. I also might come down to watch this one because I want to see what all the fuss is about with this A11 offense. Hopefully all of the players remain healthy. There has been a lot of injuries lately in high school football games. So I pray the Lord keeps them all protected from harm and injuries.

I stand corrected. It sounds like Bracken gave 'em all they wanted. I no there are really no moral victories in football, but keep playing hard and good things can happen. Congratulations to Bracken County on a solid effort against a very good Frankfort team. Coach Buckett said they looked out of their routine... maybe it was because Bracken was taking it to them a little on the field.

When does the game between FHS and Eminence take place?

What was the deal with Florence not playing QB for much of the game? IMO Carlton did a nice job filling in to be put on the spot like he was.

I saw Emminence play last week and was impressed with the O-line they have. Not that they are huge, but they are well coached and seem to come off the ball well to get the hole opened up. They also seem to have good speed out of the backfield. Gallatin will have their hands full with the Warriors this Friday. Having said that, I am still picking the Cats in a close game. Hopefully the fans and community get behind the Gallatin kids and have an overwhelming home filed advantage. A game like this, with a potential first round playoff home game at stake the fans can make a difference. GC 24 - E 20

IMO, even with the studs out of the lineup for this game, FHS wins easy! Bracken has a player or two among them, but they do not yet play as a team and have not learned to win. FHS would have to sit a lot, I mean a lot, of players to make this an interesting game.

Did Trimble stay in the A11 offense the entire night or did they break out of it at some point to a more conventional set? 58 yds does not bode well for the A11 and all of the confusion it is supposed to put on a defensive unit.

Congrats to Ludlow. Sounds like a pretty good football game to have watched. Wish I could have seen this one.
