Trinity 42 Moeller 24 (Frosh)
rocktopper replied to day tripper's topic in KY Football (High School)
WOW! Great win Greenies!!! This was suppose to be the best Frosh team in the Queen City. They didn't even get to see James Quick, our super freshman... he is starting on Varsity. The future shines green for the ROCKS! -
That is funny!! Actually Highlands should be playing in the Dallas Cowboys new digs...

I like the progress the team is making! Brad Kragthorpe is showing great improvement. His reads and decision making is really coming along. James Quick is the real deal! He is such a threat deep. With the attention he is getting it has freed up Melillo and Nix. We just need to get healthy, stay healthy and improve each week. Remember... it's a 15 game season. I like our chances. GO ROCKS! #20!

Good luck Highlands! You have a very good team... BUT, the Bombers are loaded this year. X by four touchdowns. -

Go Tigers! Send those Bombers packing!! -
I heard the same thing from the fans at Elder in 2003 before the game and then Brohm torched them. We all know how that game went... This game will be a lot harder to win with such a young team! GO ROCKS! Play your game!

Past games don't matter! This game simply comes down to focus and execution. I am going with my heart and say Trinity wins! GO ROCKS! Win our first State Title in Baseball

You told me I could lead!

Come by and check out the weight room at Trinity! The Marshall Center has been putting out strong football and power lifting student athletes for nine years under the leadership of the Strength Coach, Bob Maddox. His resume of success speaks for it's self! Also, he has created a lifting program for every other sport at the ROCK

True! I don't have much to say about any polls in any sport... but if someone has to be ranked, it might as well be us (Trinity). GO ROCKS! #20!

Pound For Pound Best In Kentucky
rocktopper replied to billwilliams70's topic in KY Football (High School)
Trinity! Over 20 players bench more than 300lbs. Tim Phillips at 5' 5" and 155 pounds can bench 350 lbs. -
You may be right to some degree, but at least, I know where my vote stood! Based on the personnel changes on defense and especially the offensive line, I was very confident the Rocks would win this game. No disrespect to the fine young men who filled those positions before hand. The offensive line was a patch job the first time around and you could see their timing was off. More thinking than reaction. X played a great game and really took it to us. Having the offensive line healthy for the playoffs proved to be the difference. Also, the defensive adjustments with personnel and positions T made, gave a new look in which X was not prepared for in the first half. Congrats to X on the second half adjustments, but the hole was to deep for a win. Bottom line, Beatty and staff have a great way of plugging the right parts at the right time as the season progresses. I would like to close by saying to the seniors on both teams, you represented your team well and good luck with your future after football. GO ROCKS! #19
