KY Thorobred Posted June 6, 2009 Posted June 6, 2009 Trinity already owns a 4-0 win over the Breds...it will take HC's best game.
thsrocks Posted June 7, 2009 Posted June 7, 2009 Trinity should win! But we know baseball is a different beast. Littrell will probably go for the Rocks. RF Bowling should be back. Harrison's 2nd B is suspended for this game. All things that point to Trinity as the favorite. The 8:30PM start time is good for the Rocks. The loss to Christian Academy of Louisville should still linger in their minds and hopefully be enough motivation so Harrison County is not taken lightly.
JIM SEYMOUR # 85 Posted June 7, 2009 Posted June 7, 2009 (edited) Hopefully the Rocks do not take anyone lightly - esp. at this stage. Don't think Coach T will let that happen. GO ROCKS --KEEP IT GOING !!!:ylsuper: Edited June 8, 2009 by rockmom
bluegrass Posted June 7, 2009 Posted June 7, 2009 I say Trinity and simply because they're the stronger team overall. Should be a good game though.
jdbaker12 Posted June 7, 2009 Posted June 7, 2009 Harrison is a good ball club from what I've heard but I think Trinity wins if they pitch Littrell the game should be a dandy though. Trinity is clicking offensively at the right time, but they need to sure up the defense if they want any chance of bringing home a state title. Tompkins will have them ready no doubt about that.
Breds Fan Posted June 7, 2009 Posted June 7, 2009 Could the winner of this game become the 2009 state champion?
blackknight8 Posted June 7, 2009 Posted June 7, 2009 (edited) Could the winner of this game become the 2009 state champion? Considering Harrison County's tradition and Trinity's ranking all year, I would have to say yes. Edited June 7, 2009 by Ram Rule 13
CentreRocks Posted June 7, 2009 Posted June 7, 2009 Could the winner of this game become the 2009 state champion? They'll have a 1 in 4 shot.
AirYardGo Posted June 8, 2009 Posted June 8, 2009 I like Harrison in this one they have so many offensive weapons.

My sources tell me Rueff will be the starter.
jahearme Posted June 8, 2009 Posted June 8, 2009 This will be a great game to watch. Two very good coaches in what could turn out to be nothing but a chess match. I'll take the Thorobreds in a mild upset.
Milfordflash Posted June 8, 2009 Posted June 8, 2009 Where are all the Harrison posters at? One got the thread started and the Trinity faithful are the only ones talking.
