I would like to get some thoughts on this. I was discussing with a friend of mine who played his high school ball in Ohio but likes our format better with some modifications for seeding. What are your guys thoughts?

My brother graduated in 00 and played with these guys. The 99-2000 team was the fastest team of them all but you're leaving out the key player. Eddie Bane.

I watched a Bellevue team last year in the playoff's who had a lot more speed then this Walton Verona struggle mightily. I think the panthers speed will be to much. Frankfort by 21.

When Dave Eckstein's Ryle team beat them in '95 and I played for coach Eckstein I can promise you Dale did not shake his hand.

Funny because last time Ryle beat Highlands Dale didn't shake hands.

Congrats indeed I've got to know him personally the past few years and as great a person as he is a player. Comes from a long line of good football players at Ryle. Congrats Court!

Thoughts? I am disappointed that no other tiger or panther fans have posted this thread yet. I understand these teams aren't as good as they have been but come on this is a good rivalry!

I'm not saying Bellevue is any better but who has brossart played this year? That stat just isn't very impressive.

I would agree that other programs in the school are not at the best level but football has been strong the past few years.

Can you elaborate on this for me? They went to the regional championship last year?

Dave Eckstein. He would have won six games with this team I am positive.

This loss falls solely on the seniors and coaching for Bellevue. Truly disappointing for a team that made it to the regional finals a year ago.
