Yeah, Ben just needed sometime away from football, alot of personal things were going on during the summer that took a tole on him I think. Ben will be playing JV until he is conditioned to the shape Coach Chapman wants him to be in and them he will be playing Sam Linebacker.

It has been told to me, that Drew Davidson, JCS stud is going to breathitt this year.

Kendell Noble will be one of the best in the 14th for awhile. She will be in 8th grade this uncoming year, and last year she won the mvp for the tourney.

Breathitt plays pburg in the honey bowl which is breathitts homecoming.

Yeah, he has told me that he is just bored of it. I thinik the pressure of playing on a varsity team messed with his mind somewhat. He is physically ready to play on the varsity level but he need to be more mentally stronger. I sure hope he plays he will be able to pick from a ton of colleges if he decides to play agian. The coachs and players have been talking to him about every day now wanting him to come back. I for one hope he does.

Well Im really not sure how tall she is. Im wanting to say about 5 foot 6 maybe less, maybe more Im really not to sure.

Breathitt should have a pretty strong team next year. JBS and Breathitt this year are going to have some games that come down to the wire. Both could have a chance to make some noise.

Im suprised that noone has started a thread about this youngster. She was in 7th grade last year and playing on a very good breathitt Ladycat team. She is awesome. By the time she is a senior Im sure that she will have the college scouts all over her. Last year she won the 14th region MVP for the tourny. A 7th grader going aginst some of the best talent that the 14th has to offer. Thats pretty good in my book. She will lead the Ladycats to alot bigger and better things in the future.

Breathitt took a huge lose over the summer. Their one of their starting linebackers, Ben Allex, has decided to stop playing. Ben was a stand-out last year as a freshman. Ben will be missed this season. Its to bad for the bobcats, they have some shoes to fill with the lose of this kid, he was a great player.

State Power Level? Come on now, Breathitt will always be and powerhouse. Everyone has their down years in smaller calsses. Russell and Belfry too. Breathitt has been really young over the past few years, but they were very conpetive. Last year they wasnt supposed to win 5 games but guess what they won 8 games. Breathitt will always be in the mix as long as Coach Holcomb and Chapman is there.

Number 1 concern and only concern for Breathitt county is filling the places of three startging linemen. Casey Allen, Aaron Mullins and Shane Saylers were huge parts of the bobcat offense and defense. These three are goin to be hard to replace.

I think that Breathitt is going to Louisville Males on the weekend of June 8th.
