I continue to say it, there is something speacial about this Glasgow Scotties team. They win by one over Green County.

Pulaskin wins by one over Barren County.

Raceland goes to Nicholas County and gets the win by one in a heated district battle.

Knox Central by one ove McCreary Central in this Central match up.

Russell beats West Carter by one for their homecoming victory.

Simon Kenton keeps the ship afloat and wins by one over Conner but the rats are getting nervous.

Show Stopper thanks for the insight. I am just basing my prediction on what I have read of the Purples here and other places and competition played. Trinity is not just a good team this year but a very good team. In my opinion the best Trinity team ever only to be surpassed by next year's Trinity team. Good Luck to you and the Purples. No offense Purples, you guys are a class act, but Trinity wins this one by 35+. The Rocks have too much this year and you have yet to face anything this year close to what is coming to Bowling Green on Friday night.

This Trinity's team's accomplishments thus far into the season speak for themselves. To answer Guru's question (AGAIN), this team is light years ahead of St. Xavier at this point in the season, and could be declared 6A champions today. I do not understand what you do not understand about my answer and reasons for it.

My post has nothing to do with coaching staffs one over the other, it has to do with the topic of this thread and why Trinity is light years ahead of St. Xavier at this point in the season and could be declared 6A champs at this point in time. It is beyond me what posters' here aren't seeing. Trinity is light years ahead of other 6A teams this season. Just look at scores of games played both regular season and scrimmage and the competition played. This team has self declared great coaching staff, self declared great talent, and now most experienced team against top competition of all schools in 6A. You can't hide under a rock anymore. You are number one in all the polls. Am I missing something here? Please enlighten me.

Back to the thread topic, I believe I have answered Guru's question. What is your response to the topic at hand? I would be interested in what you have to add to this thread.

I must bring up the obvious that we are discounting teams such as Ballard, Simon Kenton, Ryle and others. However, no teams in 6A are close to the greatness of this most talented and now experienced Trinity team.

Jim, With all do respect and a tip of the hat your perspective is way off. I understand that this Rocks team is young and you are trying to help keep the big head in check by playing down their talent, experience, and greatness but most agree as the all the polls indiacate that this Trinity is number one. This is the greatest of all Trinity teams only to be surpassed by next year's team. I am suprised that the Bombers barely escaped with their victory. The only chink in the Shamrock armor that could possibly be found may be in how they respond to this unexpected loss. This group of Rocks is no longer inexperienced after the game with the Bombers. They have now faced some great opponents and have won and by some fluke lost one. This is experienced gained. Lets hear no more of this inexperience gobbledygook.
