I have to go with Trinity because I feel that BG's offense will have a tough time scoring on Trinity's defense. However, this game will be relatively close due to the purple's outstanding defense. I will go with Trinity 21-7.

It's hard to get a good feel for this game, since Bowling Green has been so much better than its competition thus far. Trinity has clearly played a more demanding schedule, but BG seems to always play very good defense.

I think it's really smart for BG's coach to schedule this game. For the past few years BG has dominated its district and it's good for the Purples to play a team as great as Trinity to find out where BG is at and what needs to be worked on in time for the playoffs. Win or lose, BG will be able to walk away from this game knowing they've just played the very best in KY.

Trinity by 21.

I never pick against my Alma Mater or Boyle County.

BG-7

Trinity-3

The Rocks should win easily, but could have soph hangover from the Cincy X game. Look for the receivers to have a much better game.

It will be interesting to see how the young Rocks handle their first loss of the season (this past Friday's loss to Cincy St. X).

I never pick against my Alma Mater or Boyle County.

BG-7

Trinity-3

3 points? Going to keep us out of the endzone? I did not know that BG's defense was better than Cincy X's. I learned something today.

Okay. 7-6 BG. XP will be blocked. That better?:p:lol:

Much better, ya gotta give us at least 1 TD :thumb:

Could be a trap game for Trinity sandwiched between the X's.

BG has played them tough every time they have met but I'll go with Trinity 20-10

I can't pick Bowling Green until they've proven they can score with Trinity. As great as the defense is, they've been shut out the last two times, and they don't have near the offensive firepower they had in 2007. I think Trinity wins something along the lines of 17-7.

Anybody but the Rocks....

Trinity is too good of a team. 28-13.

Does BG still have excellent runners?

Last time we went down there to play the Purples, there was a big rain storm that interrupted the game for 45-60 minutes, it seems like. The people were quite hospitable, as I recall, even though we were all in close quarters under the stands.
