This program should continue to get better. They are starting to reep the benefits of having a good feeder program. There pee-wee program that they revamped about 8-10 years ago is starting to show at the high school level. And there middle school teams are continuing to improve.

Not really, Bourbon scored on an interception with about a 20 yard return. Paris did try an onside one time that didn't go 10 yards.

I really think the head coach has this program going in the right direction. I think he needs to evaluate his needs in regards to his coaching staff.

I wouldn't say that he out coached him. Although I couldn't figure out why Central drove the ball the full length of the field on the ground the way they did and then tried to pass it into the endzone resulting in two loss of down penaltys.

Is Scott county's kicker only a sophmore? He had a couple of kickoffs that went through the uprights. with no or little wind.

A very small portion of this incident was because of kids. This is mostly because of mamma bear and pappa bear trying to defend their cub after he has done something wrong. I was told that 2 kids were kicked off team beacuse of said helmet throwing and showing disrepect toward coaches. Kids were told they were welcome back on team if they made an apology to the team and coaches.

I graduated in 88 but I guess I was a freshman for Sears last year then played for Nochta 85, 86 , 87. Must I dust off my year books to confirm or records for those years? We did have a winning season in 86....

What years did you play there?

One of the biggest problems with this group of young men is: One of the previous Head coaches did not play a freshman or J.V. schedule for I believe 2 or 3 years. Those kids are now juniors and seniors and the past class of seniors. I also BELIEVE there was some turmoil surrounding The Hilton Era and teachers in the school system complaining about "their" compensation package. I wonder if the Board is gun shy when it comes to supporting the football program or sports in general for that matter.

The youth of today is not the same. Most of them live in the fast pace world of cell phones, internet, and high tech games. If they want something they get it and they get it right now. They don't want to work for anything. And most of them don't respect anything or anyone. Most of that I blame on parenting. Oh I'lllll quit rambling on because I'm starting to make myself upset.
