The Eagles had better come back to earth this wk. Mason is scary and they have a ton of athletic ability at the skill positions. One drop away from this game being for the district championship if I do say so.

My goodness BADCAT you can't be serious. You are the only person on this site whinning about noise at a football game. I mean so what JCHS blows the horn when they make a big play on D or after a long run. Hey I got a good idea for the next time you come to JCHS! If you don't want to hear the sounds or the one liners stop the Golden Eagle offense and don't let them make big plays on D. If you can do that I am sure no one from JCHS will complain about the lack of noise. This is absolutely the wildest complaint I have heard in my short time on BGP.

Oh yea sorry MBWC41! And one more thing there BADCAT74, it isn't like JCHS did all that for Ashland. JCHS puts on a show like that every time the Eagles play at home. The train horn was something new but it will be there from now on. Let's get on to something else please because the atmosphere at JCHS for friday nights is 2nd to none from what I have seen.

Ashland also has a loud horn they like to play as well. Listen people come to the game to have fun and watch the game. If it was your team doing all the music you would love it. You whin about music and such, how about in warm ups when Ashland decides to introduce themselves to the other team? I don't hear JCHS fans and players talking about that. Why? Because they don't care. It's a game. The one liners are funny as heck! The few Ashland fans who are complaining congradulate yourselves because you are the first fans in the 3 yrs. JCHS has been doing this to complain. Good luck to Ashland against Boyd. I really look for these two teams to play again this season.

The PA was great. You want to talk about class? A quote from Dicky last week over the air waves, "Everyone thinks that Ashland brings their own officals to home games. I guess that will be the excuss next wk. down at JC." That is a word for word quote. You want to talk about class do ya?

This game will be the game of games in East KY. this wk. end. NO DOUBT! I think Ashland is a good team and they will come ready. JCHS will come ready as well. This game has too much craziness around it to even call. This game will live up to the hype it has been building for a yr. now. I CAN'T WAIT!

I am not from anywhere near Boyle Co. but I have to wonder, what is the problem? I mean let's see, Boyle Co. has an outstanding tradition! A tradition that most teams around the state would love to have. So what if you have a sub par year that doesn't mean that the program is at a lose. This team will be back and everyone knows that around the state. Every team that has tradition has a down year every so often. Boyle Co. will be fine and in the future they will continue what they started and that is winning state!

I would like to say that I to am getting a little tired of all the trash talk about this game. I am a fan of Johnson Co. I believe JCHS will win this game big but all the trash talk and crazy predictions is getting a little nuts. Honestly this game is a lose lose situation for JCHS. If they win, they were suppose to and if they lose it's a huge upset. I don't have a dog in the fight so good luck to both teams and I hope you have an injury free game.

Ah this game ended like most thought. JCHS handed it to the DAWGS tonight! Grim was awesome! My prayers are with the played from LC that went out in the ambulance! I hope everything is allright

I agree. I have heard that the EAGLES have been working their butts off this wk. in the rain and mud to get ready for the DOGS! One coach told me that they have prepared for this game more than any other in the last three seasons. The EAGLES will be ready and all I can say is that I hope the DOGS are ready! If either team isn't ready it will be a long night. MY prediction, a blow out. There will be no in between. JCHS will blow out LC or LC will blow out JCHS! That is my prediction.

The Eagles played a B- game tonight! They had several guys injured who would have made a difference. I was impressed with the way JCHS ran the ball again. They are tough to stop with all those backs. It's a stable at JCHS, any horse can beat you at anytime.

I am a JCHS fan and all I can say is that the kids and fans don't need to get crazy about this ranking. It is nice to be ranked but sucess isn't measured by polls, sucess is measured in the post season. I for one would rather see the EAGLES #1 when the playoffs are over myself.

The Hornets will strugle this season and the nest but with time McCoy will have them in the right direction. I have no doubts about it.

Actually if the Eagles win friday night this series will be 2-1 JCHS. In 97 JCHS went to South Point and crushed the Pointers. That was the first meeting between the two teams I do believe.

I believe that the Pirates will come out on top of this one. It will be a low scoring game but Belfry should win this one.
